ASSC Sun Exposure Summit, 16 March 2020

On behalf of the Organising Committee, we are delighted to invite you to join us in Brisbane for the Sun Exposure Summit.

This meeting will bring together representatives from State and Commonwealth health departments, non-government organisations, researcher and consumer groups to discuss the balance of risks and benefits of sun exposure, and how they are addressed in current policies.

The Summit will host international and national experts over one day to to address the questions:

1. Are Australia and New Zealand’s current policies regarding the risks and benefits of sun exposure optimal for health?

2.  How should the message about the risks and benefits of sun exposure be communicated to health practitioners and the public?
