- For establishing training and development requirements;
- Complying with directions of Board;
- Complying with applicable laws and funding bodies, if required. (e.g. Police check, Criminal background checks); and
- Assessing performance issues.

Individuals have a right to access their own personal information that is in the possession or control of Melanoma Tas, subject to some exceptions.
